WAKR and Paramount Tennis Club Medina will be hosting a Women's & Men's doubles round robin event with 4.5 + Men's Doubles (Any Age) will warmup at noon with play starting at 12:30 PM.  3.5 Sr Women's Doubles (50 and Over), 3.5 Women's Doubles (Any Age), 3.5 Sr. Men's Doubles (50 and Over), 4.0 Women's Doubles (Any Age), 3.5 Men's Doubles (Any Age),  4.0 Sr. Men's Doubles (50 and Over), and 4.0 Men's Doubles (Any Age) will warmup at 4 PM and play will start at 4:30 PM.  Proceeds will benefit The Salvation Army.  Each player will receive a player bag that registers.

Indoor Tennis facility with hardcourt tennis surface (16 courts with painted lines and 16 Joola nets).

4.5+ will warmup at noon with play starting at 12:30 PM
3.5 Sr. Women (50 and Over), 3.5 Women (Any Age), 3.5 Sr. Men (50 and Over), 3.5 Men (Any Age), 4.0 Sr. Men (50 and Over) & 4.0 Men (Any Age) will start at 4:30 PM with warmups being at 4 PM.

$55 per person. Everyone is required to register online.  Proceeds benefit the Salvation Army.

Gamma Chuck (yellow) will be used for all divisions. We will provide brand new balls to be used for the tournament.

Portable Joola Nets 

We would ask that you bring your own water bottle.  Water fountain and filling stations are available. Also, water and other sports drinks are available for purchase at the club. Please bring any snacks, Gatorade, etc. that you may want while you are playing.

The club has men's and women's locker rooms with restrooms and showers.

Round robin.

For games to 15, teams will switch sides when either team reaches 8 points.  For games to 11, teams will switch sides when either team reaches 6 points.

Each team will be allowed one timeout per game (one minute).

All other IFP/USAPA Rules will be in effect.

There will not be referees during the matches.  You will referee your own matches.  We expect good sportsmanship at all times in this area.

Guidelines for calls:  line calls should be made by team receiving the ball, and should only be called out if the ball is clearly seen as out.  If a player is unsure of the call, they should assume the ball was in, and continue playing.  If the hitting team sees a ball out, they can also call it out on themselves.  Either team can make calls on service faults or non-volley zone faults, and the hitting team is expected to call faults on themselves or their partner.

We appreciate your help to make this event a fun experience.  If there are any problems, players involved may be disqualified from participating in future Paramount Tennis Club events.
